Advisory Board Procedures
Advisory boards in AASTMT plays important roles for taking decisions in different sectors. The Advisory Board represents a wide range selection of the Economic, Social, Maritime, and Shipping community in Private and Governmental sectors. To take collaborative decisions, Advisory boards in AASTMT includes Students, Faculty members, Employees and other stakeholders.

Third Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) focuses on AI collaborations
In AASTMT Campus in Smart Village College of Engineering hosted the IAB meeting and the participants are AASTMT President, Dean of the college of Engineering, Deputy Minster of the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy. In the meeting they discussed how AI can work alongside with human and how AI support humans not replacing them.

AASTMT Executive Council Meeting (Session 46)
The executive meeting of AASTMT was held in Abu-kir to support the collaborative decisions, in the meeting AASTMT officials attended. During the meeting, the Executive Council considered resolutions proposed by the AASTMT General Assembly and approved various educational, administrative, and financial policies. It also reviewed the financial budget and approved the appointment of AASTMT Vice Presidents.

AASTMT Industrial Advisory Council 6th Session
To ensure the effective participation and the involvement of the industry sector in the education in AASTMT, the industrial Advisory board meeting was held in Abu-Qir. The session entitled “development and excellence journey, building capabilities and enhancing industry and innovation through training”. The Industrial Advisory Council is a key initiative by AASTMT to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The council facilitates collaboration by:

AASTMT President-Officials Meeting
As AASTMT always cope the technology, labor market and the participation of its officials to take collaborative decisions, AASTMT president met some of AASTMT Official’s the meeting was under the title “Innovation in Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Agriculture Development in Arab Countries”. Competition activities will be in “Horticultural activities in Doha-Qatar.

AASTMT Executive Council Meeting at (Expert Level- Session 12)
The Executive Council Meeting of AASTMT at the expert level. The Executive Council meeting for preparing the draft agenda for the AASTMT's General Assembly, monitors and checks the implementation of its decisions, and prepare institutional plans. The work of the Executive Council helps strengthen cooperation between Arab countries and develop specialized professionals for the maritime transport sector and other scientific fields.

Renewing confidence in his assumption of the presidency of the Academy
As AASTMT culture udder Dr. Ismail Presidency is to treat all its; members in transparent, fair and democratic way, the Deanship of Student Affairs at the headquarters of the Academy extends its sincere congratulations to Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag - President of the Academy for renewing confidence in his assumption of the presidency of the Academy for a new term and wishing his happiness continued payment, success and success for what is always the academic elevation.

The meeting was under the title of “training on employment skills and labor market requirements”. Industrial Advisory Council meeting was held in conjunction with a visit from a delegation from the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC). The meeting included discussions on methods and perspectives of cooperation between AASTMT and CSCEC to exchange experiences in areas of mutual interest.

League of Arab State League 4th Edition
The meeting introduces youth with the joint of Arab action and in coordination with different sectors of the League of Arab States. The training aimed to enhance students' skills in diplomacy and develop their understanding of how the Arab League operates. The goal was to prepare them for future roles in joint Arab initiatives. Students from various AASTMT colleges took on roles representing different Arab countries. The opening session was attended by the AASTMT President and other academy officials.

AASTMT Industrial Advisory Board 5th Session
to raise the community involvement, collaborative decisions, AASTMT met the Industrial Advisory Board. This session focused on "Artificial Intelligence and the Future of National Industry". It was opened by AASTMT President and attendees included Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and other representatives from industry and engineering authorities.

College of Maritime Transport and Technology Advisory Board Meeting This was the Semi- Annual Advisory Board Meeting in which the Board showed the recommendations regarding improving the Quality of the Maritime education and training in AASTMT. Also, they showed how to use Technology in maritime education. The council was with the participatory of the Maritime students

College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board
The Industrial Advisor Board was under the title of " Training on Employment Skills and Labor Market Requirements". The Council meeting was in the presence of AASTMT president, Alexandria Governor and others to encourage the public participation in AASTMT. This council includes some industrial engineering students, employees, faculty members and AASTMT governors.

The Council was held at the main campus in Abukir with participation of 40 Stakeholders industrial companies.
AASTMT has representation on the university’s highest governing body from students, faculty members, and employees.
The Advisory Board provides expertise to the AASTMT to achieve the leadership and supporting and realizing the AASTMT's vision and goals and promoting the growth and success of the academy. Also, it is supporting continuous quality improvement and expanding networks of knowledge and influence essential to navigating opportunities.

AASTMT seeks to excel its educational services, as well as to improve the quality of education and its continuous development, the Advisory Board of AASTMT College of International Transport and Logistics held its fourth session for the academic year 2021 – 2022, on Monday 01- 11- 2021, at AASTMT Abu-Kir Campus – Alexandria, under the slogan "The Year of Sustainable Development"
