This course provides an analysis of the business environment and strategy in the tourism industry. It tackles the importance of human resources management in tourism business and visitor attraction management. Then, it attempts to manage the impacts of tourism. It introduces the accommodation sub sector, mass tourism business and managing the transport sub sector in tourism. It then introduces methods of managing small non- profit tourism organizations and developing mass tourism in developing countries. It then provide framework for managing of heritage and cultural tourism. It also attempts to explore the future of the tourism industry.rn
