Reaction kinetics and Preformulation

Description

This course aims at enabling learners to study the theoretical considerations of reaction kinetics in terms of reaction orders, influence of temperature, catalysis and others in order to estimate drug product shelf life and determine its storage conditions. In addition, it aims to define preformulation and the main parameters as polymorphism, crystal size, shape and habit which will affect drug physical and chemical stability.
