Within the framework of strengthening cooperation with major industrial entities in the field of developing the human element, an agreement was signed for the implementation of the professional diploma specialized in petroleum and petrochemical operations on the sidelines of the Fifth Advisory Council for Industry at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, which was held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. This is for all engineering disciplines working in the field of petroleum and petrochemical industries, as well as for chemical engineers between the Department of Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering - Faculty of Engineering and Technology - and the Egyptian Company for Operation and Maintenance of Projects (EEPROM).
This diploma is considered unique as it depends on a full partnership between the Academy and the EPROM Company, by making the most of the advantages and capabilities of the two entities, where the practical application and projects are implemented for the learners in the company’s sites, which achieves the full benefit of the learners and effectively qualifies them to work in the fields of the petroleum and petrochemical industries, which is a vital field. It is important locally, regionally and internationally.
